I have taken this page down due to the poor treatment of their customers and the utter lack of proffesionalism displayed on the Ernie Ball forums by the powers that be. Rather than accept constructive criticism or realize that they are far from perfect, they attack, berate, insult, personally attack and then when all that fails, use lame software to keep you off of their forums rather than "man up" and face you.
